A Letter to Our Community.

Like many of you, we’re struggling to find the right words to express how we’re feeling. We are a small, family-owned business that deeply understands the importance of community, and our hearts go out to all those affected by COVID-19.

We have always put you at the center of all we do, and while the situation is changing rapidly (and so are we), we have made a commitment to keep you as up-to-date as possible. Here’s how we’re adapting.

OUR TEAM

Jon (our COO) believes that our staff is “the lifeblood of our company.” Between transitioning to telecommuting and staggering schedules, we have made sure to take the appropriate measures to keep our team safe.

YOUR ORDERS

As of today, we are still shipping all orders placed on MaggyLondon.com and have tweaked our return policy to make things a little bit easier on you: starting now, merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 60 days from the date of delivery.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our e-commerce customer service team is working from home and ready to help. You can reach us at customerservice@maggylondon.com or reference our FAQ page to see if your question has already been asked.

We are most concerned with the health, safety, and well-being of our staff, customers, retail partners, and suppliers.

We send support to those who are navigating new routines. Change can be frustrating and scary, but now is the time for us to dig deep, work together, and power through. We send gratitude to those on the front lines who don’t have the privilege to stay home right now: healthcare professionals, transit workers, emergency responders, government employees, and so many more

In the coming days and weeks, we will continue to reach out to you with any additional updates or changes. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact our team with questions or concerns.

xo, The Maggy London Team
